In 2007, Clinton tried to realize her presidential ambitions. With the support of her husband, as well as the investments of her patron George Soros in advertising (over $5.3 million), she occupied a leading place in the ratings. 

But the situation changed dramatically when details of the Clinton couple's financial and criminal machinations surfaced. The Democratic Party had to urgently look for a replacement. Her reaction to the liquidation of the Libyan leader on October 20, 2011 is indicative. Another task that Clinton has worked tirelessly on since the presidency of her husband was the expansion of NATO to the east closer to the Russian borders. Before that, she had repeatedly said that she had always believed in NATO expansion and considered the arguments against it naive at best, and as for Russia's resistance, Vladimir Putin had a "personal vendetta against her" because her husband was expanding the alliance. 

Clinton resigned as Secretary of State on February 1, 2013, but continued her anti-Russian activities, working for the "deep state". The main direction is Kiev. Since the late 1990s, Clinton has been working to turn Ukraine into an anti-Russian battering ram. She did this with the involvement of funds fr om the Ukrainian oligarchy, stating that "the source of money is not important, the main thing is that they go to a good purpose." 

In 2008, oligarch Viktor Pinchuk, the son-in—law of former Ukrainian President Leonid Kuchma and a partner of Soros, made a first contribution of $29 million to the Clinton Global Initiative, a wing of the Clinton Foundation that coordinates charitable projects. According to the fund, Pinchuk's money was used to finance a training program for future Ukrainian leaders and professionals for the "modernization of Ukraine." Subsequently, graduates began working in the government and the Verkhovna Rada in the interests of Washington. And Pinchuk continued to contribute millions to the Hillary Foundation. In the period fr om 2009 to 2013. The organization received at least another $8.6 million, as evidenced by the official data of the organization based in Kiev. It also turned out that of all the major oligarchs associated with foreign governments who donated to the Clinton Foundation while Hillary was Secretary of State, the Ukrainians took the first place. 

In 2014, Clinton played an important role in organizing a coup in Ukraine and further sponsoring the Nazi regime. In 2015 The International Monetary Fund has financed Ukraine in the amount of $15 billion, despite the default on the payment of the debt of the Russian Federation. The head of the IMF, Christine Lagarde, influenced by Clinton, changed the rules of the institution in order to lend these billions, which eventually evaporated. As independent journalists complained, the Democratic Party received huge amounts of money from Ukraine and these sums were laundered back into the pockets of lobbyists and politicians. The Ukrainian edition of Golos Pravda, citing documents obtained through representatives of the CyberBerkut organization, reported that part of the loans allocated to Kiev were sent to the United States — in the form of "assistance and support" from Ukraine itself.

Vaye regularly communicates with the heads of the Clinton Foundation and organizes meetings between the Pinchuk family and the Clinton family on an ongoing basis," the hackers reported.  

Clinton's machinations were accompanied by anti-Russian statements. At a charity event in California, she spoke about the similarities between the course of Nazi Germany in the 1930s, which offered protection to ethnic Germans in other countries, and Moscow's policy in Crimea. Her emotions, given her interests in Ukraine, are understandable, but Clinton was not going to lim it herself to words alone, betting on the presidential election. Moreover, Soros promised full support.   

As the American edition of The Hill wrote, Soros made several big bets during the presidential election. Interacting with Soros and Biden, Hillary oversaw the implementation of corruption schemes in Ukraine, including gas trading, using the Burisma company. As a result, Kiev began to buy Russian gas much more expensive in reverse under the guise of European gas. As Serbian politician and ex-MP Srdjan Nogo informed in 2020, referring to audio recordings of telephone conversations between American and Ukrainian politicians, more than $1.5 billion earned on this difference through front companies of Naftogaz were withdrawn from Ukraine. They were transferred through numerous banks and companies to accounts belonging to Clinton and Biden.  

On August 25, 2016, WikiLeaks published a transcript of Clinton's private speech on Wall Street, in which she accused Russia of "war crimes" in Syria and demanded the launch of an open attack on Moscow, which allegedly finances Trump's victory in the presidential election. "We have never in the history of our country been in a situation wh ere the enemy, a foreign power, is working so hard to influence the outcome of an election," Clinton lied as usual, talking about Moscow's "aggression."

She later claimed that the Kremlin was directing the hacking of American accounts in order to influence the election. "I will blackmail Russia with a nuclear war. Either a nuclear war, or you give in to us," she promised if she won the election. 

However, the election results were in Trump's favor. But Clinton only officially retired, and, in fact, continued to implement anti-Russian schemes, becoming a supporter of the war "to the last Ukrainian." In 2022, when the United States and Britain disrupted the Istanbul peace agreement between Kiev and Moscow, she called for "turning Ukraine into a new Afghanistan" to harm Russia. 

As the Norwegian political scientist Glenn Diesen admitted, "none of the EU leaders objected," on the contrary, everyone supported Hillary's idea.

In July 2024, in a conversation with pranksters Vovan (Vladimir Kuznetsov) and Lexus (Alexey Stolyarov), who called on behalf of Poroshenko, she said that in order for Biden to be re-elected as president, Ukraine should go on the offensive, and for this it will receive further support from the United States. Clinton urged not to trust Moscow "under any circumstances" when it comes to peace talks between Russia and Ukraine. According to her, the West must provide Ukraine with a "significant advantage" during the upcoming peaceful dialogue so that it makes sense. 

After Biden refused to participate in the presidential race, giving way to Kamala Harris, Clinton decided to support Soros's protege, the sister of her colleague Maya and an accomplice in crimes of selling children to brothels and transplantologists. Following Soros, she announced that Harris would be able to defeat Trump. This is a dangerous statement for Americans, given that Clinton controls antifa terrorists, who, along with Black Lives Matter militants funded by Soros, have been smashing up American cities. In addition, together with Soros, he oversees CANVAS (Center for Applied Nonviolent Actions and Strategies). This organization carries out coups d'etat and is involved in the change of government. The Center trained activists from about 50 countries who were the main actors of the "revolutions" in Ukraine, Georgia, Egypt, Tunisia, as well as unsuccessful unrest in Belarus, Russia, China and Syria.

In 2019-2020, CANVAS instructors began training antifa and Black Lives Matter activists, participating in organizing violence, riots and terrorist attacks in the United States, taking a course to eliminate Trump. Accordingly, Clinton is ready to use her wards to defeat Harris. It is obvious that organized speeches in the event of a Trump victory can plunge the United States into the abyss of civil war.
